Before the client meeting
Open the item library, set quantities for the dining room, and leave with a quotation PDF instead of a verbal range.
On site
The bedroom project stays on the phone. Note what is in progress even if the network at the building is poor.

Turn the agreed scope into an invoice and mark what is still open, without a separate spreadsheet for that one job.
Is InterioDesk free to use?
You can start without paying. Optional Pro tools, if you want them, are bought inside the Android app through Google Play. The price is shown before you pay. This website does not charge you.
Can I create PDF templates?
The app prepares PDFs for quotations, estimates and invoices. The layouts available in your version are shown in the app before you export. This site’s paper preview is a sample, not a guarantee of every future layout.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Clients, projects, the item library and drafts are stored on your phone, so you can keep working when the site has no signal. Sending a PDF uses the share app you pick. That app may need a connection.
Is my data safe?
Records you create stay on your device unless you export or share them. We do not sell your data. Read the Privacy Policy for what happens when you email us, message us, or buy through Google Play.
Can I export my data?
You can create a PDF and share or save it from your phone. If your version of the app offers any other export, it is described in the app. We do not claim a cloud backup unless you see that choice on screen.
Can I use it on multiple devices?
InterioDesk is an Android app built around the phone you install it on. Another device does not automatically receive those records. You can share PDFs yourself. Any sync or backup option, if one exists in your version, is shown in the app before you turn it on.
Does the app file GST or e-invoices?
No. You type the tax rate you intend to charge. InterioDesk does not decide your tax, file returns, or generate a government e-invoice. Check the figures before you send a document to a client.
How do refunds work?
Purchases are handled by Google Play, not by this website. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the steps, or write to us if a purchase did not unlock in the app.
