Privacy Policy

InterioDesk is an Android app for interior designers and contractors. It is used to prepare quotations, estimates and invoices, and to keep clients, projects, payment notes and an item library.

This page is public. It is not behind a login, a region block, or a download. It applies to the InterioDesk app on Google Play and to the pages on this website.

You choose what to type or attach. That can include:

• Client names, phone numbers and site addresses
• Project notes, item names, rates and taxes you enter
• Payment notes
• Photos you pick from your device

Those records are stored on your phone so the app can work offline. This website does not have user accounts and does not store that business data.

The app does not need your location for its main features. It does not read your contact list unless you yourself type a client’s details. It does not use an advertising ID, and it does not include third-party ads.

If you email, call, or message on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to send. That is usually your name, phone number, email address, and the message. We use it only to reply, and to handle support, privacy, or purchase questions.

If you buy a paid feature, Google Play processes the payment. Google receives the payment details under Google’s own terms. We do not receive your full card number.

Google may tell us whether a purchase is active, so the app can unlock what the store says you bought. Google also handles install and update delivery of the app.

On the phone, your records are used to show them back to you and to build PDFs you choose to export.

Messages you send us are used to answer you. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your client list for advertising, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Your business records stay on your device unless you export or share them. When data does leave the phone, it goes only to these kinds of parties:

• An app you pick in Android’s share sheet, such as WhatsApp, email, or a drive app, and only for the PDF or text you choose to send. That app then handles the file under its own terms.
• Google, for Play billing status and for distributing the app. Google does not receive your client list from us.
• A court, regulator, or other authority if the law requires a disclosure, or if we must respond to misuse of the contact channels.

We do not sell or rent your information. If a later version of the app adds a feature that sends data off the device, such as a backup you turn on, the app will explain that choice before you use it.

Android asks before the app uses a sensitive permission. If photo access is requested, it is so you can attach a picture you select. You can refuse a permission in Android settings. Refusing photo access does not block quotations that do not need a photo.

Records on the phone remain until you delete them in the app or uninstall it. Android backup settings on your phone can also keep a copy after uninstall. Those settings are yours to control.

Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp are kept while we need them to handle your request, then removed when they are no longer needed for that purpose or for a legal duty.

You can edit or delete records in the app. You can uninstall the app and stop sending us messages.

InterioDesk is a business tool for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The marketing site does not ask you to create an account and does not run its own advertising tracker. The host that delivers these pages may keep ordinary technical logs, such as an IP address and the page requested, so the site can be served and protected. Those logs are not used to build a marketing profile of you, and they are not sold.

If this policy changes, the new text will be posted on this page with a new date. If a change is about data leaving your device, the app will also give a notice when that is practical.
