These terms cover the InterioDesk app distributed on Google Play and the pages on this website. By installing the app or using the site, you agree to them.

InterioDesk helps you draft and organise interior-business records: quotations, estimates, invoices, clients, projects, payment notes and an item library, including while the phone is offline.

Features can differ by version. What your installed version does is what you see in the app.

Documents you create are yours. You are responsible for the names, measurements, prices, taxes and promises in them.

InterioDesk does not decide a tax rate for you, does not file GST or income-tax returns, and does not issue a government e-invoice. Check the figures before you send anything to a client.

You should be at least 18, or old enough to form a contract where you live. Use the app for a real studio or contractor workflow. Do not use it if the law forbids you from doing so.

You keep ownership of the business data and photos you put in the app. You do not grant us a licence to publish that data. You are responsible for having a proper reason to store a client’s contact details, and for using them lawfully.

Do not try to break the app or this website, do not send unlawful content through the contact channels, and do not use the app to mislead a client about who you are. Do not interfere with Google Play.

You can start without paying. Optional paid features are sold through Google Play, not through this website. The price, the billing period, and what is included are shown by Google Play and in the app before you confirm.

The description on this site is a summary. If it ever differs from the store listing, the store listing and the screen at the time of purchase control.

Refunds and cancellation are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The InterioDesk name, the logo, and the app’s design belong to the developer. These terms do not transfer that ownership. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app as offered on Google Play. You may not copy the app’s code or branding for another product.

Names, cities and prices in the sample quotation and phone screens are illustrative. They are not an offer to a real client and not a document exported from a live account.

We aim to keep the app useful. We do not promise that it will be free of errors, always available, or fit for a particular contract. Phone storage, Android versions and Google Play are not fully in our control. Keep your own copies of important PDFs.

To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost client relationships, or incorrect documents that came from figures you entered.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud, or a consumer right that cannot be waived.

If a court finds us liable for a matter that can legally be limited, the limit is the amount you paid for InterioDesk in the three months before the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is higher.

You may uninstall the app at any time. We may stop offering a feature or the app, for example if we can no longer maintain it. If we discontinue a paid feature you have already bought, we will follow Google Play’s rules and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. If you keep using the app after that update, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.
